Pro: Should the US have Universal Health Care?
SICKO is not biased, it's fact
If socialized medicine out performs the US health care system on most measurable metrics and the documentary says exactly that ... it isn't biased. It's factual. There is a perception that to be "fair" you have to devote 1/2 your air time to the contrary argument, but that is only truly fair when both arguments have equal weight. Creationism, for example, has very little scientific support. Evolution has tons. At some point, the argument for Creationism ceases to deserve 1/2 the air time because it becomes a largely discredited theory. That is what is called "winning the argument". The argument for UHC as the best solution for America's health woes may be still up for debate, but the argument saying that the US system is terrible and woefully inefficient is over. Virtually everyone agrees and the contrary side of the debate has lost virtually all credibility.
